incorporated in 1997 and registered in Registrar of Companies, Jaipur.
The company is a professionally managed multifaceted Real Estate
company managed by a team of Architect & Engineers and engaged
in the field of construction of multistory Apartment Complexes
in Jaipur, for past so many years.
The Group has got the distinction of being awarded the ISO
9001 certification in Rajasthan in construction sector. The
Group is headed by Shri RAVI MATHUR, a Civil Engineer having a
25 yrs. Experience as Builder & Promoter and Shri ANUJ MATHUR,
an Architect from School of Planning & Architecture 1991 New
Delhi batch, and having designed several prestigious projects in
Delhi & Jaipur.
The Group has interests in Hotel Industry as well and till date
has completed several independent Houses & Bungalows and
Apartment Complexes for hundreds of satisfied customers.
Our company has pioneered the concept of multistory Apartment
Complex-living in Jaipur by constructing probably the first
apartment complex in Jaipur. The company has since then
completed many projects in Jaipur, constructing maximum number
of projects by any Builder & Promoter Group. The Group is
working on several projects simultaneously and many other
projects are in pipeline.
The Group has got an in house team of experienced Architects,
Designers and Engineers with all necessary Construction
machinery. There is permanent staff trained to design big
projects.

The
group is headed by Mr. Ravi Mathur & Mr. Anuj Mathur with the assistance of an
Engineering team, Architect Design team, Sales & marketing team, Accounts team,
Customer Care team and general & govt. liaising team. Each team is supervised &
headed by one senior leader governing team of talented young, energetic &
motivated staff.
Mr. Ravi Mathur is a graduate civil engineer having a past
experience of around 25 years of many challenging civil engineering projects.
The group was initiated & started by Mr. Ravi Mathur & soon joined by his
brother Mr. Anuj Mathur, who himself is a qualified graduate Architect from
famous & prestigious School of planning & architecture, New Delhi of 1991 batch.
Both brothers started their design & consultancy firm,
and then switched to construction business by constructing several independent
bungalows & houses for sale and looking to huge demand, they then shifted to
multistory construction by constructing probably the first apartment complex
“RAGHAV APARTMENT” in Jaipur in 1992. There was no looking back since then and
thereafter with the able & devoted assistance of fellow staff the group has
proudly achieved there Numero. Uno position with a total completed projects
measuring 1.4 Million Sq.ft. The Group has projects under construction measuring
1.6 Million Sq.ft. and Approximate 1.2 Million Sq.ft. projects in the pipeline
are soon to be launched.
Today SDC in a name to reckon with having full support and faith, of buyers
investors & workers.
The group is having an enviable record of not a single litigation inspite of
hundreds of deals & transactions proving its fairness, transparency and
